# 재고관리 기능(H68)

1. 플러스오더 프로그램 101버전 이상에서 사용할 수 있습니다.
2. 본 기능 사용 시 플러스오더 서비스가 느려질 수 있어, 특히 플러스오더 사용이 많은 매장에서 사용은 주의가 필요합니다. 
3. 본 기능 사용으로 상품 재고가 0이 되면, 더 이상 판매가 되지 않습니다.

### 플러스오더 ASP에 대리점 계정으로 접속합니다. 

시스템관리 > 본사/매장마스터 > 매장환경설정 화면을 실행합니다.

 매장정보를 입력하고 조회합니다.

### H68 재고수량관리 옵션을 사용으로 설정 및 저장합니다.

이후 메인포스 플러스오더 에이전트에서 데이터 동기화를 실행합니다.

### 관리자 태블릿에서 재고관리 메뉴를 실행합니다다.

(3) 관리자 태블릿 왼쪽 재고관리 메뉴가 생성되어 있습니다.&#x20;

(1) 전체사용을 실행하면, 화면에 보이는 모든 메뉴가 재고관리기능 사용으로 설정됩니다.

(4) 사용여부 항목에서 개별 상품을 실행하면, 해당 상품만 재고관리기능이 사용으로 설정됩니다. <mark style="color:red;">**주의사항으로, 버튼을 실행할 때마다 모든 태블릿과 연동되는데 2초정도 소요됨으로,  반영 완료 후다음  작업을 진행**</mark>해 주세요.      &#x20;

(5) 각 상품의 초기수량과 현재수량의 부분을 클릭하면, 수량 정보를 입력할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

### (2)옵션설정을 실행합니다.

-초기화 옵션은 초기화 실행 시 (1)입력한 초기수량으로 현재수량을 초기화 할지, (2) 0으로 현재수량을 초기화 할지 선택할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

-초기화는 (1)예약설정을 선택하면 시간을 입력하여, 매일 해당 시간에 초기화 할 수 있습니다. (2)수동설정을 선택하면, "지금 초기화" 버튼을 실행할때 초기화 할 수 있습니다.&#x20;

-현재 재고 수량표시를 사용으로 하는 경우, 고객 플러스오더 화면의 상품이미지 왼쪽 하단에 "재고수량"이 표시됩니다. 미사용으로 설정해도 재고수량 체크는 동일하게 처리됩니다.

### 상품의 재고가 부족한 상황에서 고객이 주문시 다음과 같이 안내됩니다.

위 경우, 재고 확보 후 현재 재고수량을 입력하거나, 해당 상품의 재고관리 기능을 해지해 주세요.
