# 고객호출 기능(H29)

#### ○ 관리자 태블릿에서 고객 테이블오더에 메시지 전송하는 기능입니다.

#### ○ 대리점  계정 - 플러스오더 ASP 설정

1. 대리점 계정으로 플러스오더 ASP에 로그인합니다.
2. 매장환경설정 화면에서 \[H29] 고객호출 기능을 "사용"으로 설정합니다. 

#### ○ 매장계정 - 플러스오더 ASP 설정 

1. 매장 계정으로 플러스오더 ASP에 로그인합니다. 
2. 기초관리 > 테이블오더관리 > 호출서비스등록 화면으로 이동합니다. 
3. 고객호출 탭을 선택합니다. 
4. 사용하실 고객 호출 메시지를 등록합니다.  
5. 기본값 설정하시면, 관리자 태블릿에서 기본 메시지로 보이게 됩니다.

#### ○ 관리자 태블릿 확인

1. 관리자 태블릿에서 "고객호출관리" 메뉴로 이동합니다.&#x20;
2. "기본" 버튼 : 매장에 층구분을 사용안하는 경우 "기본"만 보이며, 층이 있는 경우 해당 층별로 버튼이 생성됩니다.&#x20;
3. "일괄호출" : 전체 테이블오더에 메시지를 전송합니다.&#x20;
4. "호출내용" : 등록한 메시지가 여러개인 경우 호출내용을 선택하여 메시지 발송합니다.&#x20;
5. "호출" : 해당 테이블에 메시지 호출합니다.&#x20;
