# 시간제 상품 운영하기(H21)

1. 플러스오더 프로그램 버전은 118 이상 사용합니다.
2. 동일상품, 동일일자에 2개 이상 판매정보 등록 가능합니다. \
   예) 00:00 \~ 03:00 , 18:00 \~ 24:00
3. 시간제상품 판매와 할인 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.

### **1. 시간제상품 ASP 환경 설정**

* 플러스오더 ASP에 대리점ID로 로그인합니다. 
* 매장환경설정 화면에서 \
  \-  \[H21] 시간제상품 -> 사용으로 변경합니다.

#### 2. 시간제상품 화면 권한 부여

* "메뉴권한" 탭으로 이동합니다.
* 오른쪽에 미뷰여된 권한 항목에 "시간제상품등록" 메뉴를 선택하고 권한부여 합니다.&#x20;

#### 3. 시간제 상품 ASP 등록

* 플러스오더 ASP에 매장ID로 로그인합니다.&#x20;
* 기초관리 > 테이블오더관리 > 시간제상품등록 화면으로 이동

1. <mark style="color:blue;">**화면 가운데 "신규등록" 화면 :**</mark> 먼저 운영할  요일과 시간을 등록 합니다.      \
   (1) 분류타입 지정 : "판매"는 판매시간 지정, "할인"은 할인시간 지정\
   (2) 시작시간 / 종료시간 : 등록하는 서비스의 운영시간 지정\
   (3) 일괄적용 : 오른쪽의 시작시간과 종료시간을 모든 요일에 동일하게 적용 \
   (4) 정보 등록 후 "저장" 클릭&#x20;

2. <mark style="color:blue;">**왼쪽 "타임세일 분류" 에서 운영할 서비스를 선택합니다.**</mark>

3. <mark style="color:blue;">**오른쪽 "상품" 에서 적용할 상품을 지정합니다.**</mark>  \
   (1) 추가 버튼을 실행합니다.\
   (2) 팝업된 화면에서 조회 버튼을 실행하고, 등록할상품을 선택하고 저장합니다.   &#x20;

**타임세일 분류 코드 등록은 "판매 상품" 기준으로 등록해 주세요.** \
(예) 코드  000 주중 런치 판매상품,  코드 001  주말  런치 할인 상품, 코드 002  해피아워 할인 상품

**등록한 상품을 특정 요일에 판매 노출하지 않을 경우, "미적용"으로 하시면 안됩니다.** \
(예) 자장면(평일점심) -> 월\~금요일 적용, \
토요일 일요일 적용하되, 판매시간을 영업하지 않는 시간대로 등록해 주세요. 00:00 \~ 00:30<br>

4. <mark style="color:blue;">**"할인" 기능은 다음의 부분을 설정하여 등록할 수 있습니다.**</mark>&#x20;

&#x20; (1) 분류타입은 "할인"으로 선택합니다. \
&#x20; (2) 할인타입은 "비율할인" 과 "금액할인" 2가지 방식이 있습니다.  비율할인은 금액의 몇% 할인 방식이며, 금액할인은 1000원 할인, 2000원할인 과 같이 정해진 금액으로 할인하는 방식입니다. \
&#x20; (3) 할인금액적용타입은 "상품만" 과 "상품+세트상품" 중에서 선택하시면 됩니다. \
&#x20; (4) 할인율, 할인금액은 할인 타입에 따라 입력하시면 됩니다. \
&#x20; (5) 선택상품만 할인 등록하시는 경우, 적용되지 않습니다.&#x20;

#### 4. 공휴일 지정 기능

&#x20;  (1) 평일에 공휴일이 있어, 주말 상품과 동일하게 판매해야 하는 경우 사용하시면 됩니다. \
&#x20;  (2) 시간제상품등록 화면은 다음과 같고, "공휴일" 파란색 글자를 클릭합니다.&#x20;

&#x20;  (3) 팝업된 화면에서, "추가" 버튼을 클릭하고, 추가할 공휴일 정보를 입력합니다.  (또는 국가공휴일 불러오기 후 저장)

&#x20;  (4) <mark style="color:red;">**공휴일 날짜를 아래와 같이 꼭 등록하셔야, 프로그램에서 공휴일 처리되며, 연도가 변경되거나 공휴일 변동 사항이 있는 경우 꼭 등록여부를 확인 후 이용해 주세요.**</mark>

#### 5. 정보 동기화 작업&#x20;

* 에이전트에서 동기화를 실행하면 -> 시간제상품 정보가 동기화 됩니다. &#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">\*위와 같이 등록한 경우, 등록한 시간제 상품은 등록한 시간에만 테이블오더에 노출되게 됩니다.</mark>

<mark style="color:red;">\*위에 시간제 상품으로  등록하지 않은 상품은, 시간제와 별도로 하루 종일 노출됩니다.</mark>&#x20;

<mark style="color:red;">\*매일 포스 개시시, 에이전트에서 동기화 실행해 주세요.</mark>

6. 동일 상품의 판매시간을 2개 이상 등록 가능합니다. 단, 판매 시간 중복 불가.&#x20;

&#x20;-> 매장운영 새벽까지  하는 경우 (예 : 18:00 \~ 03:00)\
&#x20; -> 18:00 \~ 24:00 1개 등록\
&#x20; -> 익일 00:00 \~ 03:00 1개 추가 등록

### 시간제상품 - 사용(안내문구)

**\[H21] 시간제상품 옵션 중 "사용(안내문구)"를 선택한 경우**

등록한 시간제 상품의 판매시간이 경과되면, 상품 이미지에"판매 시간이 아닙니다" 안내 문구가 출력됩니다.

1.매장환경설정 화면 ->  \[H21] 시간제상품 -> 사용(안내문구) 로 변경합니다.&#x20;

2.기타 설정은 위의 내용과 동일합니다.&#x20;

3.위에 등록한 상품이고, 판매 시간이 경과된 경우, 다음과 같이 화면에 송출됩니다.

### 시간제상품 - 사용(등록일기준) <a href="#undefined-3" id="undefined-3"></a>

**사용(등록상품기준) 옵션은 118 버전 이상에서 사용합니다.**

**\*시간제상품으로 등록한 상품만 보여주고, 미등록한 시간대에는 상품이 노출되지 않습니다.**&#x20;

**따라서 계속 상품 노출이 필요한 경우, 시간대에 따라 상품을 등록하셔야 합니다.**

1.매장환경설정 화면 -> \[H21] 시간제상품 -> 사용(등록일기준) 으로 변경 및 저장합니다.

2.플러스오더 ASP에 매장ID로 로그인합니다.

* 기초관리 > 테이블오더관리 > 시간제상품등록 화면으로 이동
* 시간제로 운영할 요일/시간/상품 정보를 등록
* 다음 이미지와 같이 등록할 경우, 월요일 7:00\~8:30 에는 등록한 상품만, 월요일 해당 시간외에는 노출되는 상품이 없음. (단, 판매 그룹을 추가 등록하고, 월요일 위 시간외에 상품을 등록하는 경우, 등록한 정보로 상품이 노출)
* 다음 이미지에서 (1)사용여부를 "미사용"으로 변경하여 운영하면, 판매터치키 기준으로 상품들이 노출.
